In February, inPROJECTA offered an immersive experience, bringing architects, interior designers, decorators, hotel specialists, and traders together to explore the latest industry trends. The event focused on authenticity, customizable solutions, and innovation, with top manufacturers and brand representatives showcasing forward-thinking designs and materials.

When we took over this property, our maintenance team refreshed the space with new paint, necessary repairs, and structural adjustments. Then, our interior design team worked their magic—curating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere with carefully selected furniture, lighting, and decor.
Finally, our cleaning experts ensured the apartment was spotless and ready for move-in. The result? A beautifully designed rental that meets and exceeds the expectations of tenants looking for a comfortable and stylish home.

What's your role at Nested, and how long have you been with the team?
I’m the Sales Director at Nested, and I’ve been with the team for two months now, what an exciting journey it has been so far! I joined Nested after nearly a decade at one of Europe’s largest housing marketplaces, Uniplaces, which managed a portfolio of over 10,000 properties. During my time there, I played a key role in scaling the company from a 30-person startup to a team of over 200. Now, at Nested, I’m leveraging that experience to drive growth, refine our sales strategies, and build strong partnerships within the real estate market.
What project or achievement at Nested are you particularly proud of?
One of my proudest achievements so far has been successfully closing two contracts within my first 30 days. Jumping into a new company always comes with a learning curve, but being able to make an immediate impact and secure key partnerships so early on has been incredibly rewarding. It’s a testament to the strength of the Nested brand and the trust we build with property owners.
Which Nested house or apartment would you move into right now?
Without a doubt, Taciturne would be my top choice. Its prime location, modern facilities, and stunning architecture make it stand out. It perfectly embodies the high-end living experience that Nested is all about, offering both comfort and style in one of the best spots in the city.
What's a fun fact or hidden talent about you that people might not know?
Although I’ve lived in Portugal most of my life and come from a 100% Portuguese family, the first language I learned to speak was actually French! It’s a fun twist in my background and has proven to be incredibly useful at Nested, especially when working with our French-speaking clients.
