Nested is a fast-growing property management company in Brussels, specializing in the rental and management of furnished properties for developers, funds, and private landlords. With a strong focus on operational excellence, we manage the entire lifecycle of a property — from staging and tenant acquisition to maintenance and guest experience.
We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the daily performance and growth of our property management operations. This role ensures that properties under management deliver strong financial results for owners and outstanding experiences for tenants. You’ll work across departments — sales, marketing, finance, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Performance Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of all managed assets, ensuring smooth execution across onboarding, leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Develop and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and coordinate the operations team, aligning priorities with company strategy.
Act as the main bridge between property owners, Nested’s internal departments, and external partners.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff involved in the property management cycle.
Owner & Tenant Relations
Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, providing regular updates and performance insights.
Handle escalated tenant concerns and ensure issues are resolved swiftly.
Build long-term trust with owners by anticipating needs and offering proactive solutions.
Strategic Development
Identify and implement opportunities to improve property performance, from pricing strategy to cost optimization.
Support business development by onboarding new properties and preparing financial and operational plans.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to align pipeline growth with operational capacity.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in property or hospitality operations, asset management, or real estate management.
Strong background in operations with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Based in Brussels
Fluency in French and English.

Nested is looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service across phone, email, and chat. You’ll also collaborate with hotel staff to manage reservations and may assist in lead generation by reaching out to agencies and homeowners.
What you’ll do:
✅ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently.
✅ Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations, while sharing key information about our properties.
✅ Handle complaints effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and a positive experience.
✅ Coordinate with hotel staff for room assignments, upgrades, and special requests.
✅ Engage in lead generation through cold calling real estate agencies and homeowners.
What we’re looking for:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree required.
🗣 Fluency in English and French (mandatory).
⏰ Ability to work in CET time zone (mandatory).
🔒 Work exclusively for Nested (mandatory).
📅 Availability to work 9-hour shifts with 2 days off (mandatory).
🏨 Previous customer service experience, ideally in hospitality.
📞 Experience in real estate cold calling is a plus!
💬 Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests and hotel staff.
