What's your role at Nested, and how long have you been with the team?
I’m the Maintenance Manager at Nested, ensuring that all our properties remain in top condition. I’ve been part of the team for over two years and three months, and every day brings new challenges and opportunities to improve our spaces.
What project or achievement at Nested are you particularly proud of?
I’m especially proud of the renovations at Taciturne and Trône. Seeing these properties transform into beautiful, well-maintained homes was incredibly rewarding. It’s a great feeling to know that our work directly enhances the comfort of our tenants.
Which Nested house or apartment would you move into right now?
Without hesitation, I’d choose the apartment on Rue du Trône. It has everything I love in a home—great location, a well-designed space, and that perfect balance of comfort and style.
What's a fun fact or hidden talent about you that people might not know?
I look calm, but I'm going a thousand miles an hour. This year alone, the maintenance team has completed over 150 work orders for our units. We usually have 150 WOs on average per month.
